She communicated to more than 4000 physicians in 25 states, DC and Canada on national physician coding and Medicare reimbursement. Worked with dermatology, general surgery, spine society national associations and was a consultant to the neuroradiologist, neurologist, osteopaths, and others, the last decade of her career. Her MBA is from Loyola University and her MPH with a major in Maternal and Child Health is from the University of Illinois.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Our Team - Murray Watnick - Murray Watnick MD BA</image:title>
      <image:caption>Murray graduated from Columbia University and MD State University of New York. His residency was done at Boston City Hospital Diagnostic Radiology and Radiotherapy. He served as a Medical Officer with Strategic Air Command (SAC) and Third Air Force. For over two decades, he worked as a diagnostic radiologist at community hospital in Westfield, MA with positions of chief radiologist and president of the medical staff. He also worked as a Radiologist at the VA hospital in Leeds, MA, including working with returning combat veterans suffering from post traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD). He has served as a temporary advisor in radiology for the World Health Organization to promote the World Health Imaging System (WHISRAD), including trips to Central America. He has served on medical missions to Nicaragua and Guatemala during the contra and civil wars respectively, investigating health conditions and reporting back to the US Congress. He has volunteered as a radiologist in St. Lucia and the Western Galilee Hospital near the Lebanese border. His teaching clinical appointments include the University of Massachusetts, University of Connecticut, Harvard University and Boston University, the latter as associate professor.</image:caption>

He formed MTC and has been working with healthcare providers on radiology PACS, Cardiovascular Information Systems, radiology information systems, and enterprise imaging systems for 25 years. His services to providers have covered the complete technology acquisition cycle: work flow modeling and needs analysis, technology assessments, seminars on technology and product status, strategic planning for new technologies, business case development, preparation of specifications, proposal assessment, implementation, and project management.</image:caption>
